Summary |
To investigate the critical role of circEZH2_005 in regulating mRNA synthesis, stability, and translation, we evaluated intestinal crypt cells overexpressing circEZH2_005 by transcriptome sequencing.

We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from ranscriptome sequencing of vector and circEZH2_005 overexpressed cells at three times.
