Summary |
Brain microvascular endothelial cell (BMEC) injury can affect neuronal survival by modulating immune responses through the microenvironment. We used microarrays to detail the miRNAs expression in the exosomes from normal and oxygen glucose deprivation (OGD)-cultured BMECs.

Overall design |
The BMECs were exposed to OGD and a normal culture medium for 4 h. Exosomes from the culture supernatants were collected using a Cell Supernatant Exosome Extraction Kit. MiRNAs extracted from EVs secreted from were BMECs with OGD exposure, compared with those extracted from EVs secreted from normal culture conditions.
