Overall design |
We co-cultured HEK293(+GFP) with ROS producing HEK293 (+DAAO) cells for 10 hr and FACS sorted out the GFP positive cells. We then compared the gene expression profiles of HEK293(+GFP) to HEk293 (+GFP) cells co-culture with ROS producing HEK293(DAAO) cells. Both GFP + WT controls and and ROS-co-culture cells were FASC sorted in this experiment.
