Series GSE222635 Query DataSets for GSE222635
Status Public on Jun 01, 2023
Title Zfp352 over expression ATAC-seq result
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Our data delineated bifurcated binding and regulation of ZFP352 towards two distinct retrotransposons, MT2_Mm and SINE_B1/Alu,and whether ZFP352 can regulate mouse genome openness remains unknown, here we conduct ATAC-seq of Zfp352 over expression sample to detect ZFP352's role in regulating chromatin openness.

Overall design Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ATAC-seq) for ZFP352 protein of Zfp352 over expression sample and Zfp352+Dux over expression sample
