| Title |
Transcriptome profiling of expanding pancreas progenitors derived from the H1 human pluripotent stem cells using a combination of mitogenic signals, RA signalling suppression and selective inhibition of the TGFb and Wnt signalling pathways |
| Organism |
Homo sapiens |
| Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
| Summary |
The expansion procedure strengthened the pancreas progenitor identity while efficiently repressed endocrine differentiation and liver fate as well as acinar and duct differentiation programs
|

|
| Overall design |
Pancreas progenitors were analyzed as soon as they were derived from differentiating hPS cells (p0). Independently derived and expanding cell populations were analyzed after five (p5) and after 10 (p10) passages 6 is a condition tested for the expansion as described in the paper. C6 is Condition 6.
