Title Transcriptome profiling of expanding pancreas progenitors derived from the H1 human pluripotent stem cells using TGFb inhibition
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The analysis revealed several candidate signaling pathways to be modulated in order to derive a reproducible procedure for the expansion of pancreatic progenitors derived from human pluripotent stem (hPS) cells

Overall design Pancreas progenitors were analyzed as soon as they were derived from differentiating hPS cells. Independently derived cell populations that expanded occasionally were analyzed after five (p5) and after 10 (p10) passages
CINI is a condition tested for the expansion as described in the paper. CINI is Condition INItial.
