Title |
Transcriptional dysregulation impairs efficacy of neural stem cell activation during aging [scRNA-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To gain insight of the decreasing activation efficacy in the aging NSCs, we performed single-cell transcriptomics analysis using the Chromium Single Cell 3’ platform (10x Genomics).
|
|
|
Overall design |
Primary NSCs were isolated from the subventricular zone of the lateral ventricles (SVZ) in the brains of the young and aged mice, repectively. The isolated cells were used in scRNAseq analysis.
