Title Epigenomic profiling of human postmortem cortical samples
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary CUT&RUN was used to profile the epigenetic status of cells in human adult neurons (n=3) by measuring enirchment of H3K4me3 and H3K9me3 epigenetic marks over a non-targeting (IgG) control.

Overall design CUT&RUN experiments (IgG, H3K4me3 and H3K9me3) were performed in nuclei of human adult NeuN+ nuclei (n=3)
