Title The Role of IL-1beta in acrylamide induced neurotoxicity in mice

Summary To invistigate the role of IL-1B in acrylamide toxicity in mice, we establish the IL-1B knockdown mice to invistagate if it have a protective effect against acrylamide neurotoxicity
 
Overall design We obtained data from 6 groups (6 mice/each) (3 groups wild type , and 3 groups IL-1B KO mice) of acrylamide exposed mice (0, 12.5, 25 mg/kg) body weight using oral gavage for 28 days
