Summary We study the effect of Treg cell-derived Areg in chronic liver injury. Here we look at the transcriptional changes of Treg cells in fibrosis compared to control and conventional T cells in vivo.
 
Overall design Treg (TCRb+CD4+Foxp3+) and Tconv (TCRb+CD4+Foxp3-) cells were sorted from liver and spleen of Foxp3GFP mice, either control or CCl4 treated mice.
