Multiome single nuclei RNA/ATAC-seq analysis was performed on sorted population of SLAM LSK HSPCs to uncover transcriptional determinants regulating HSPCs in distinct transitional states.

Overall design |
SLAM LSK HSPCs were harvested isolated and sorted from flushed and crushed murine tibias and femurs. SLAM LSK HSPCs pooled from 20 mice were analyzed by multiome 10X sequencing procedure.
