Status Public on Apr 01, 2024
Title Transcriptional Activation of Regenerative Haematopoiesis via Niche Sensing [snRNA/ATACseq HSPC Multiome]
Organism Mus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Multiome single nuclei RNA/ATAC-seq analysis was performed on sorted population of SLAM LSK HSPCs to uncover transcriptional determinants regulating HSPCs in distinct transitional states.

Overall design SLAM LSK HSPCs were harvested isolated and sorted from flushed and crushed murine tibias and femurs. SLAM LSK HSPCs pooled from 20 mice were analyzed by multiome 10X sequencing procedure.
