Summary To investigate the functional mechanism of CCNB1 in lung adenocarcinoma, we knocked down CCNB1 in H1299 cell line and performed sequencing analysis.We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for H1299 cells and its shRNA(shCCNB1).
