Title |
s3-ATAC landscape of GEMM AML-derived CD8 T cells treated in vivo with JQ1 or vehicle |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the s3-ATAC chromatin landscape of CD8 T cells derived from a FLT3-ITD/TET2 driven GEMM model of AML upon treatment with BET inhibitor JQ1. We find that JQ1 induces chomatin changes specifically in exhausted subsets of CD8 T cells in vivo

Overall design |
10 AML mice were treated daily via i.p injection with either cyclodextrin (5 mice, vehicle control) or JQ1 (5 mice, drug group). Cells were then harvested from the AML mouse spleens and enriched for CD8+ cells by magnetic bead sort prior to sequencing by s3-ATAC
