Title scRNA-seq to study features of CD4conv and Treg cells in spleen and bone marrow of mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The aim of the study was to compare gene experession between Treg cells in the bone marrow and the spleen

Overall design 2 male Foxp3-DTR-GFP were used for the study. Single cells suspension from BM and spleen were prepared, then enriched for CD4 by magneic beads and sorted by gating on CD4+TCRb+. GFP was used to differentiate between Tregs and CD4conv. CD4conv or Tregs cells from the same tissue were pooled from the two mice and hashtagged (total of 4 groups: Tregs BM/Tregs spleen/CD4 conv BM/CD4 conv spleen). The mice were not treated by DT.
