| Overall design |
The data consists of 2 replicates with each replicate consisting of 2 384-well plates. Replicates are a pool of blood vascular endothelial cells from the ears of 6 female adult C57Bl/6 mice. The transcriptomes of individual cells were sequenced by SmartSeq2.
