Title |
The developmental transcriptome and epigenome of Owenia fusiformis reveal the development and evolution of mitraria larvae [dataset2] |
Organism |
Owenia fusiformis |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Owenia fusiformis has a unique mitraria larvae form which is different to other marine spiralians. we utilize RNA-seq and ATAC-seq to profile the gene expression and chromatin accessibility dynamics to understand their development and evolution.

|
Overall design |
We collected the fresh competent larvae and juvenile for RNA sequencing. We collected the fresh samples from gastrula, elongation, mitraria larvae to competent larvae to perform the ATAC expriments and profiling the chromatin accessibility.
Please note that the 'ofu_RNAseq_gene_expression.txt' contains the processed data for the RNA-seq samples in both GSE184126 and GSE202283.
