Title Genome-wide enrichment of YAP and TEAD1 stimulated by lactate
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The goal of this study is to find out the genome-wide occupancy of YAP and TEAD1 under lactate stimulation.

Overall design 293FT cells were transfected with HA-YAP and Flag-TEAD1 and cultured in glucose-free DMEM supplemented with 25mM lactate. 24h after lactate treatment, cells were collected for ChIP-seq analysis using HA and Flag antibodies.
