Title Characterization of maturational enhancer activity by massively parallel reporter assay [amplicon-Seq]
Organisms Mus musculus; Adeno-associated virus 9
Experiment type Other
Summary The activity of enhancers with dynamic P300 binding or mutagenized nuclear receptor motifs was assessed by massively parallel reporter assay during CM maturation.

Overall design AAV9 reporter pools were injected at P0 or P7 and tissue was harvested for measurement of enhancer activity at P0, P7, or P28 by amplicon sequencing.
