Title Gene expression in lungs from SARS-CoV-2 mice treated with biguanides [RNAseq_murine]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Transcriptome of lung cells from mice infected with SARS-Cov-2 and treated with biguaniddes

Overall design Eight week-old male K18-human ACE2 expressing C57BL/6 mice were intranasally infected with 50 µl of DMEM containing 5x102 TCID50 of hCoV-19_IPL_France strain of SARS-CoV-2 (NCBI MW575140). LCC-12 was inoculated intranasally (0.5 mg/ml, 50 µL) 6 h post-infection, and once a day until day 2. Mice were sacrificed at day 4 post-infection.
