| Overall design |
Y-1 adrenocortical cells were subcultured separately onto three groups. mRNA profiles of the control ,1h-dexamethasone treatment, and 24h-dexamethasone treatment were compared. Three replicated experiments were performed independently on different days starting from different cell passages.
