Summary In this study we performed single cell and single nucleus RNA sequencing of PCW17 and PCW18 human spinal cord
Overall design We profiled a total of 4 samples. Two PCW17 samples and two PCW18 samples were collected, with one sample per timepoint processed as single cells and one sample processed as single nuclei. In addition, some cells were immunopanned for Th1y and some nuclei were sorted for NeuN.
