Title Next Generation Sequencing Analysis of mouse tumors treated with rMVA

Summary Based on RNA-seq technology, we studies gene expression profiles in tumor lysis isolated from mouse tumors before and after rMVA treatment. We identified differential gene expressions comparing treated tumors with non-treated tumors. The difference of tumor gene expression between WT and STING KO mice were also identified.
 
Overall design WT C57B/6J or Sting1gt/gt mice were intradermally implanted with B16 cells at 5x10^5 cells at the left and right sides. After 7-10 days, tumors were injected with rMVA at 4x10^7 pfu. After 1 days, tumors were dissected and digested into single cells. The RNA was extracted and processed into RNA-seq.
