Summary |
To reveal the changes of miRNAs levels in HCT116 cells with METTL14 overexpression, we employed miRNA microarray expression profiling in HCT116 human colon cancer cells stably expressing control vector or METTL14.

Overall design |
We had two groups: (1) stable-transfected Lv-vector (vectoer) HCT116 cells and (2) stable-transfected Lv-METTL14 (METTL14) HCT116 cells. Each group had 3 biological replicates.
