Title Maternal Smchd1 regulates Hox gene expression and patterning in the mouse embryo [RNAseq tailbud]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNAseq from somite-matched tailbud tissue from E8-8.5 embryo tailbuds at the 6-11 somite developmental stages

Overall design Our overall design is to compare between Smchd1 control and Smchd1 maternally deleted samples. We have performed RNA-seq in 37 tailbud samples from E8-8.5 mouse embryos, with 6 to 11 somites each. In all cases we compare the Smchd1 maternally deleted to the control, at the matched somite number.
