Overall design |
Human Th17 cells were infected with retrovirus of LMP-non-silencing-IRES-Thy1.1 or LMP-hTAp63KD1-IRES-Thy1.1, and pMXs-IRES-NGFR or pMXs-hTAp63a-IRES-NGFR. Infected cells were sorted and subjected to RNA-sequence analysis.
