Title Analysis of human TAp63 regulated genes in CD4+ T cells

Summary By comparing the comprehensive gene expression profiles between human Th17 cells overexpressing TAp63 and those with TAp63 knockdown, FOXP3 was identified as one of the downregulated genes by TAp63
 
Overall design Human Th17 cells were infected with retrovirus of LMP-non-silencing-IRES-Thy1.1 or LMP-hTAp63KD1-IRES-Thy1.1, and pMXs-IRES-NGFR or pMXs-hTAp63a-IRES-NGFR. Infected cells were sorted and subjected to RNA-sequence analysis.
