Title Single-cell RNAseq (10x Genomics) analysis of the abdominal aorta in a murine model of Kawasaki disease vasculitis
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Single-cell RNAseq (10x Genomics) analysis of the abdominal aorta in a murine model of Kawasaki Disease vasculitis (Lactobacillus casei cell wall extract, LCWE) and in control PBS-injected mice

Overall design Cells were isolated from the abdominal aorta of WT C57BL/6J mice 2 weeks after peritoneal injection of LCWE or PBS. The PBS group was composed of a pool of 9 abdominal aortas, whereas the LCWE group was composed of a pool of 7 abdominal aortas. Single cell suspension were encapsulated for 10x Genomics Single Cell 3′ Reagent Kit (V3 chemistry).
