Overall design |
Cells were isolated from the abdominal aorta of WT C57BL/6J mice 2 weeks after peritoneal injection of LCWE or PBS. The PBS group was composed of a pool of 9 abdominal aortas, whereas the LCWE group was composed of a pool of 7 abdominal aortas. Single cell suspension were encapsulated for 10x Genomics Single Cell 3′ Reagent Kit (V3 chemistry).
