Title Transcriptomes of crypt intestinal epithelial cells from Apln-/- mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We used bulk RNAseq to analyze crypt intestinal epithelial gene expression changes between wild-type and Apln-/- adult mice

Overall design Small intestines from 13 week old, male, wild-type control (C57Bl/6) or Apln-/- mice were harvested and digested with Liberase TL and crypt epithelial cells were sorted as single, live, CD31neg, CD45neg, EpCAM+, CD44+ cells. RNA was reverse transcribed, amplified and sequenced.
