Title Identification of differential expressed genes after HHEX/YAP/TAZ/TEAD knockdwon in colorectal cancer cells

Summary We have identified HHEX as an oncogene to promote proliferation in colorectal cancer. To elucidate the potential mechanism of HHEX in colorectal cancer, RNA-seq analysis was performed in HCT116 cells to analyze differential expressed genes after HHEX knockdown.
 
Overall design HCT116 cells transiently expressing siNC control, siHHEX_1, siHHEX_2, siHHEX_3, siYAP/TAZ_1, siYAP/TAZ_2 or siTEAD1/2/3/4.
