Sequencing of RNA, TCR and BCR was performed from FACS-sorted activated T cells (CD38+ HLA-DR+), memory B cells (CD38low CD27+) and plasmabolasts (CD38high CD27high) from the peripheral blood of four patients vaccinated against COVID19 after kidney transplantation, using the 10X Genomics platform with the Single Cell 5’ Library & Gel Bead Kit
