Overall design |
We incubated 2*10^5 MC38 cells into the back of C57BL/6 mouse. And 7 days after incubation, we started gavage of DFMO or water(NC) daily for 14 days. Xenograft tumors were collected and digested into single cells, followed by Ficoll seperation to obtain immune cells. We mix cells from xenografts of 4 mice per group for single cell sequence.
