Title |
KDM6B interacts with TFDP1 to activate P53 signalling in regulating mouse palatogenesis |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study is to assess genome-wide chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq)of palatal tissue at E13.5
|
|
|
Overall design |
Methods: Sequencing was performed using the NextSeq 500 platform (Illumina) and ATAC-seq reads were aligned to the UCSC mm10 reference genome using BWA-MEN. Then ATAC-seq peaks were called by MACS2 and annotated. Known transcription factor biding motifs were analyzed by HOMER.
