αMHC promoter-driven Yamanaka's OSKM factor mice were established and adult cardiomyocytes can be induced reprogramming in vivo by doxycycline. Adult cardiomyocytes were isolated from αMHC promoter-driven Yamanaka's OSKM factor mice after intraperitoneal injection of doxycycline for 2 days.
