Summary |
We report the differentially expressed genes caused by inducible deletion of YTHDC2 in pachytene spermatocytes. A large number of differentially epxressed genes were identified.

Overall design |
RNA-Seq was used to evaluate the gene expression differences caused by conditional deletion of Ythdc2 in mouse pachytene spermatocytes. Three biological replicas of Ythdc2fl/- and Ythdc2fl/- Ddx4-CreERT2 (iKO) spermatocytes were used for RNA-seq.
