Title |
Transcriptional dynamics of ricin-induced ARDS |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the presence of pathologic states of epithelial, mesenchymal and vascular endothelial cells and molecular programs involved in immunopathological progression. We also report the transcriptionally functional diversity of neutrophils and identify a previously undetected neutrophil subset undergoing transdifferentiated process. Cell–cell interaction analysis reveal vascular mural cells as potential crosstalk hubs in pulmonary communication network.
