Status Public on Nov 10, 2023
Title Transcriptomic analysis of J0951/Col, J0951/UAS_YUC4, J0571/UAS_YUC4, Q2500/UAS_YUC4, J0121/UAS_YUC4 andQ0990/UAS_YUC4.
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of enhanced auxin biosynthesis on gene expression in specific root tissues. We isolated total RNA from the roots of 5_day_old J0951/Col, J0951/UAS_YUC4, J0571/UAS_YUC4, Q2500/UAS_YUC4, J0121/UAS_YUC4 andQ0990/UAS_YUC4 seedlings. We found that there was a statistically significant enrichment in genes annotated as being linked to cell wall related genes.

Overall design We isolated total RNA from the roots of 5_day_old J0951/Col, J0951/UAS_YUC4, J0571/UAS_YUC4, Q2500/UAS_YUC4, J0121/UAS_YUC4 andQ0990/UAS_YUC4 seedlings.
