Title |
The influence of nt-LNA on cell composition and phenotypees in the atherosclerotic lesion. |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing

Overall design |
Apoe-/- mice were fed a western diet for 4 weeks and administered saline or nt-LNA (30 mg/kg) weekly. After 4 weeks, aortic arch and thoracic aorta were removed, cleaned of peripheral tissue, minced and digested to achieve a single cell suspension. The single cell suspension was then sorted by FACS to achieve a CD45+/CD3- population of live cells for single-cell 3' RNA Sequencing utilizing the 10X Chromium system.
