| Summary |
We analyzed transcriptome of aIPg and pC1 neurons cell types to identify their neurotransmitters. We found that the aIPg, pC1d, and pC1e neurons all expressed transcripts consistent with being cholinergic, which has been reported previously for the pC1 neurons.
