Title RNAseq from mouse Cre-loxP-induced Ewsr1-Atf1 translocation

Summary Mice formed tumors after a translocation induced between Ewsr1 and Atf1 genes on chromosomes 11 and 15. From total RNA, libraries were generated using the RiboZero method and sequenced on an Ilumina HiSeq instrument to permit comparison to prior datasets prepared with the same methods.
 
Overall design Transcriptome sequencing for comparison to a prior dataset.
