Title mTOR inhibition by INK128 extends ovarian functions in aging and premature aging mice following germline stem cell transplantation

Summary Germline stem cell transplantation in combination with mTOR inhibition by INK128 can improve and extend ovarian and endocrine functions of aging and particularly premature aging mice.
 
Overall design We collected the transplanted rOvaries of premature aging mice,compared the groups fed with INK128 and those without INK128 , and performed RNA sequencing analysis to explore the mechanism of INK128 extending ovarian function
