Title A chimpanzee adenovirus-vectored single dose therapeutic vaccine for post kala azar dermal leishmaniasis

Overall design Methods: Whole blood samples (2.5 ml) were collected into PAXGene tubes immediately prior to vaccination and at 1, 3 and 7 days post vaccination from 24 patients with persistent PKDL
