Summary RNA sequencing was performed to identify gene expression changes following SRSF3 depletion in mouse bone marrow megakaryocytes and peripheral blood platelets.
 
Overall design Low (8N) or high (≥16N) ploidy bone marrow megakaryocytes and peripheral blood platelets were isolated from adult Pf4Cre-Srsf3fl/fl and control mice and RNA-sequencing was performed.
