Title A pan-cancer single-cell landscape of tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells

Summary Tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells (TIMs) have emerged as key regulators in tumor progression, however, the similarity and discrepancy of the fundamental properties of these cells across different cancer types remain elusive. Here, we performed a pan-cancer analysis of TIM sub-populations in multiple human cancer types. Our comprehensive analyses provide valuable insights for understanding the TIM properties across multiple tumors.
 
Overall design We generated scRNA-seq data from 48 patients to investigate tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells across multiple cancer types. The sequencing data have been uploaded to Genome Sequence Archive (accession number PRJCA001702), and the data disclosure permissions are currently being requested.
