Title |
Molecular profiling of lateral septum neurotensin neurons using viralTRAP |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The lateral septum contains a number of molecularly defined cell populations. We used the viral-TRAP protocol (Nectow et al.,2017) to profile lateral septum neurotensin neurons.

|
Overall design |
Neurotensin-cre mice (JAX 017525) were injected with AAV-IV-NBL10 into the lateral septum. Sequencing enables identification of subpopulations within the neurotensin neurons of the lateral septum.
