Identification of Scarlet Runner Bean WOX9-like binding sites in Scarlet Runner Bean seeds during seed development. ChIP and total chromatin controls (input) were obtained for two replicates. Samples were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq2500 and NovaSeq 6000 platform.
