Overall design 10000 testicular immune cells were sorted from 10-week-old C57BL/6 mice and the single-cell suspension was loaded into a BD Rhapsody cartridge with >200,000 microwells, and single-cell capture was achieved by random distribution and gravity precipitation.Sequencing libraries were prepared using random priming PCR
