Title Comparative genome-wide transcriptional profile after RTEL1 depletion and G4 stabilisation.

Summary The goal of this study is to compare the transcription profile of mouse embryonic fibroblasts upon deletion of the helicase RTEL1 and stabilisation of G-quadruplexes (G4) with the G4 stabilisation drug TMPyP4.
 
Overall design RNA-seq analysis of Rtel1f/f Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts cells, infected with Ad-GFP or Ad-Cre adenovirus. RNA was collected 96 hours after the infection. In the indicated cases, cells were treated with TMPyP4 for 48 hours prior to the RNA collection. Three conditions were compared: cells infected with Ad-GFP, cells infected with Ad-Cre, and cells infected with Ad-GFP and treated with TMPyP4.
