Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary
We generated time-resolved profiles of fasting-induced changes in the genomic landscapes of hepatocytes and liver macrophages using the INTACT methodology
Overall design
We subjected female HEP-INTACT and MAC-INTACT mice to a fast starting at the onset of the mouse active phase, ZT12, and after 3, 8, 16, and 24h livers were collected for INTACT followed by ATAC-seq analyses. Ad libitum fed controls were sacrificed at each time point to account for diurnal variations in gene expression.
