Title RNA sequencing of peritoneal macrophages from wild-type and SHP2lyz2-/- mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the application of RNA sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling in mouse peritoneal macrophages derived from wild type and SHP2lyz2-/- mice. The goal of this study is to search differential gene in indicated groups. Through differential gene analysis, we can find out the specific mechanism of SHP2 deficiency to alleviate disease development.
