Title Identification of Pol II(G) target genes in mouse liver [ChIP-seq]

Summary To investigate the biological role of Pol II(G), we identified Pol II(G) target genes in normal mouse liver.
 
Overall design To identify genes that are directly targeted by Pol II(G) in hepatocytes, we performed ChIP-seq analysis with non-crosslinked chromatin prepared from Gdown1 flox/flox (FF) or Gdown1flox/flox;Alb-Cre (KO) liver at 7W of age. We also analyzed Gdown1 target genes in p53KO hepatocytes. For the negative control, tamoxifen (TAM)-inducible Gdown1flox/floxKO mice carrying both the Alb-CreERT2 transgene and a p53 null mutation was used.
