Title STCH4/REIL2 confers cold stress tolerance in Arabidopsis by promoting rRNA processing and CBF protein translation
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To understand the role of STCH4 in cold-responsive gene regulation

Overall design 14-day-old wild-type and stch4-1 seedlings grown on 1/2 MS medium (1/2 × MS salts, 2% sucrose, 0.6% agar, pH 5.7) were treated without or with 4 ℃ for 4 or 24 hours for total RNA extraction.
